Overview

Laser eye surgery vision correction and Lasik specialists offer safe and up-to-date refractive procedures in Australia. As a long-term client of FIRST’s, there have been numerous redesigns of the website implemented  over the years and ongoing conversion rate opitmisation. The most recent undertaken, to support above-the-line rebranding and finding new ways to increase online bookings.

Content & Strategy

To help inform the redesign, FIRST’s design and SEO consultant team collaborated to determine what should be included and prioritised in the design. As exhaustive review of all content resulted in a thoughtfully redesigned look with content refreshed from the ground up.

Cost calculator

The new site is fully responsive providing an excellent customer experience across all devices. Some elements in the site template were upgraded and the purchase path made clearer, delivering a better experience for customers and improved lead generation.

Online booking and data capture system

The bookings system was completely overhauled and made a much simpler and clearer process for customers to use.
